  Some days, I just don’t feel like doing anything There are days when I open my phone, look at my content ideas, and just close everything again. No motivation, no energy, nothing. Earlier, I used to think consistency means always feeling ready. But that’s not true at all. What I misunderstood about consistency I thought consistent people are always motivated. Like they wake up excited to work every day. But after trying this myself, I realized something simple. They don’t rely on motivation. They rely on habits. The shift that changed everything Instead of asking “ Do I feel like posting today? ”, I started asking “Can I do something small today?” That question made things easier.
